The company’s CEO, Paul Burks has not given adequate information as to why this is occurring but the company blames it on frequent DDOS attacks. In reality, the reason for the delay in payment may be possible due to a large scale and uncontrolled fraud in the website. But that’s most likely not the case.

The truth is, it is a solid and reputable company that has paid out to earnings to its affiliates over the last few years.
